Our 7 grain flour is made up of organic: quinoa, corn, wheat, rye, spelt, oats, & flax. It is slowly ground on our water powered stone mill and bagged in 2 pound poly lined cloth bags. It make wonderful yeast breads and rolls as well as scrumptious muffins and quick breads. Please refrigerate our products as they contain no preservatives or additives.
