Our Rye flour is made from certified organic rye berries and ground finely. We use it in breads, for sour dough starters, to make muffins and we mix it with our corn meal to make blueberry pancakes.
It comes in 2 lb poly lined cloth bags and is ground on a water powered stone mill. Rye flour is a sweet nutty flour that is fairly dense.
