Today anybody has an iOS device. iPhones are so widespread that this has led to developing a tons of applications that provide servises such as games, entertainment playgrounds and others. To download any of these applications a user must get an account at Apple Store. But not all games are available there as they don't meet the Apple rules. To combat this a new app was developed named TutuApp. This helper works on iOS run phones and tablets and it has the biggest library of games and apps. We name a few: Pokemon Go, Spotify, Clash of Clans, Snapchat and others. They come with zero ads and locked content! Whant to know more? Visit to download TutuApp for free on your iOS phone. Installation instructions for TutuApp Helper are available there.

Great bed, clean room, and the atmosphere here is so welcoming we felt like family. We plan to return in August and we would not stay at another place. Mike and Linda are the perfect hosts. They are also fascinating people and conversation with them is a pleasure. The cats are liars though; they will tell you that they have never been fed and have to sleep on frozen rocks and nobody ever, ever pets them. But you know: cats. Don't fall for it. Our little dog can't t walk, so he has to travel with us. Linda and Mike made him very welcome and happy. Can't say enough good things about Sylvan Falls Mill. Go there.

We took our friend to this Bed & Breakfast for her 80th Birthday and we had a WONDERFUL time!!!! Linda made a special Birthday diner and the food was a 5-STAR meal. If you stay here do not CHEAT yourself by not eating your meals here because all her meals are made with fresh/organic product Your breakfast is included with your reservation, but it is NO normal breakfast meal. It's a 5-STAR breakfast with all hand made food. We went on a wonderful drive thru all the fall colors. The scenery and fall colors were beautiful, but the best part of the trip was the meals Linda provided for us.

We just returned from a wonderful stay with Mike & Linda! It was our first stay at a B & B and it truly was a wonderful experience! They were great hosts, the room was comfortable and private, and the wholesome, organic breakfasts were well-worth getting out of bed! This is a must stay if you are in the Clayton, GA, area.

We came up for a short weekend getaway and were completely blown away by the ambiance of Sylvan Falls Mill. Linda and Mike were extremely gracious and hospitable as innkeepers. The food and service were second to none. Even though we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to, there is a lot to see and do in the surrounding community. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to return.

Best little peace of heaven in the northeast Georgia mountains! Randy and I found this place doing a Google search for somewhere close to Dillard House restaurant and we h jack pot at Mike and Linda's B&B in Rabun Gap, GA. Tranquil and very peaceful and beautiful scenery all around. "THANK YOU" Mike and Linda for the best Christmas and making US feel like part of the family.

Just had to share what Gwen and Brian wrote this week. We could have lived on that screened porch! How you and Mike get anything done around there - I honestly don't know - we could just meditate and dream (and Scrabble - we want to play you two next time!) for hours beside that waterfall - so mesmerizing... we were almost too relaxed to move! That feature alone sets your inn apart from any we've ever stayed at. We felt more like we were spending a weekend with friends, rather than as paying guests, because of your casual atmosphere and warm hospitality. We enjoyed seeing the mill in operation too, and admire your whole enterprise there, of keeping a bit of history alive and functioning, and for making so much of your place available for us to immerse ourselves into, for a brief while.
